What Happened to the Web Site?

March 11, 2010 in Uncategorized

Yes, in an effort to improve your experience, we have once again overhauled our website and are now on the 3rd design this year. Basically, at the start of the year, we had a site that people decided to update. So, a consultantant was hired to create the new red pages and register the “airdriecadets.com” name. Shortly after that, Kris Mitchell-Bentley joined the cadets and I (Kris’ Dad, Mark Bentley) offered to take over the website duties. As part of the take over, I have re-evaluated the website based on the long term needs of the Airdrie Army Cadet Corps and the simple fact that I was doing it for free so I didn’t need to worry about the time factor as much.

The result is this new (again) web page which I hope we can all keep fresh, informative and interesting. This website is be part of a push to provide a bigger (and hopefully better) web presence for the Airdrie Army Cadets.

All cadets and their families are welcome to submit articles and suggestions for the website either by creating an account and submitting articles or emailing them to me.

If you have any questions, suggestions or comments, please either post them here as comments or email me at mbentley at thebentleys dot ca.
