Cadets must be in full uniform, with all badges sewn and boots polished, this is a once in a lifetime experience and cadets should look their best.
All parents and cadets welcome to come down and watch the ceremonies at approx 13:00.   If parents want to watch they should meet the cadets down at City hall.
