Congratulations to Chief Warrant Officer Adams on achieving Master Cadet.   Master Cadet is the highest appointment that a cadet in the Royal Canaddian Army Cadets can recieve.  To earn it, cadets need:

  •  a CL,
  • CLI course,
  • NSCE
  • a teaching postion at any summer training center.
